The BOP Mobile Banking App lets you take control of your personal accounts. This guide helps you set up,
register and use the BOP Mobile Banking app on your smart phone.
You may wish to have your phone handy while reading this guide to help you get the most out of banking
on the go.

How to download the App and self Register your self
1 Debit Card
Before you get started you will need to download the Bank of Punjab Mobile Your Debit Card is the primary requirement for

How to download the App and Register Through
Call Center
Before you get started you will need to download the Bank of Punjab Mobile
Banking app to your smartphone. You can do this by following below steps, 1

Once you have downloaded the BOP Mobile Banking App,
you are ready to call on BOP call center and get register yourself for Mobile Banking

When you are ready, open the app and follow the steps below
Registering your Mobile Banking Account
You will need to enter your CNIC number, Debit Card Number and your ATM PIN.
You will only need to enter this information once.
Register for the app using a Debit Card. If you have more than one account,
choose one to register with; you will be able to add your other accounts in the
app after you have finished registration.

On Screen 3 please ensure the following


• Your Mobile Number is Correct
• The Login ID should be at least 5 characters long and
may contain up to 20 Alphabets and Numeric
characters. Special characters are not allowed.

On successfully completing your Mobile Banking
Registration, your password will be sent to your Tap Register Enter your CNIC, Enter your First and
registered mobile number. On your first login, the Card Number Last Name
application will ask you to set the password of your and ATM PIN. and Choose your Login ID
choice. Your password can be up to 8 characters long
and should be consist of Alphabets and Numeric
characters.
Logging In
Along with your Login ID and Password you will need four-
digit OTP (One Time Pin) each time you log in to the BOP
Mobile Banking app. The OTP will be sent to your Mobile
number and email address simultaneously.

OTP (one time PIN) adds a secondary layer of security to your mobile
banking account. This 2 factor authentication ensures that your account 1 Enter Your Login ID
can only accessed by you with the combination of User ID, Password and
OTP.

As the name implies, OTP can only be used once for
login. Every time you login a new PIN is generated and
sent to you. This OTP remains active only for 60 seconds 3 Tap Login

Understanding your Mobile Banking
Application
Once you are registered, you can perform various financial transactions
like Funds Transfers, Bill Payments, View Account Balance as well as
maintenance activities such as Activate/Deactivate Debit Cards, Email
Update and even send feedback about your experience with BOP
Mobile Banking.

OTP Secured Transactions


All the financial transactions will require OTP (one time
PIN) to complete. Just like log in, the OTP will be sent to
your Mobile and Email Address. Without the correct
OTP the financial transaction would not be completed

If a customer de-activate his Mobile Application, system will


perform the following

 Remove Biometric check from system


 Remove Call Center activation Check

Customer will need to fulfill the above mentioned pre- requites


again to activate his Mobile Banking service

Logging Out
When you have finished using the app, you can tap Logout and
your account will be logged out securely.
In case you switch the app or leave the mobile banking app
opened on your phone, your account will logged out
automatically in 60 seconds of idle time.

Important Note
Remember, if your phone is lost or stolen, contact us
straight away on (042) 111 267 200 so that we can
deactivate your BOP Mobile Banking account
