 Communication standards in BMS system: Profinet, Bacnet
 Introduce (function, pin) and connect the extend module (EXP-8UI8BI -
PNTECH) to equipment BMS.
 Using DDC, PNTech's BCU connects to EPM 5500P (GE) multi-function power
meter for HCMUTE Block C

3. Topic 3
 Methods or Solutions to organize the operation and maintenance of the BMS,
define 1 Register BCU (received data)
 Using DDC, PNTech's BCU connects to EPM 5500P (GE) multi-function power
meter for HCMUTE Block A
4. Topic 4
 Communication standards in BMS system: KNX, SMMP, define 1 Register BCU
(tranfer data)

 Introduce the KOHLER generator (equipment relate to BMS).

 Introduce (function, pin) and connect the extend module (8UI8RO - PNTECH) to
equipment BMS.
 Using DDC, PNTech's BCU connects to EPM 5500P (GE) multi-function power
meter for HCMUTE Block D
7. Topic 7
 Communication standards in BMS system: Modbus, RS 232, RS485
 Introduction DDC (function, input, output).

 Explain the Final Project (Name: Google MAP application with BMS to monitor
the electricity of buildings).

10. Topic 10
 Methods or Solutions to organize and construct of BMS system
 Explain the Final Project (Name: Android programming on mobile phone
combined with BMS to monitor the Central Building model).
11. Topic 11
 Introduce (function, pin) and connect the extend module (EXP-6UI10R-MB; EXP-
8UI8AO - PNTECH) to equipment BMS.
 Explain the Final Project (Name: BMS Model of the HCMUTE Centrer Building).

B. Requirements or Outcomes of the final report:


1. Draw a floor plan and draw a diagram of the main power supply principle of the
building (CAD file, or word, ...)
2. Calculate and select equipment
3. Drawing the diagram
4. Explain the wiring diagram and connection.
5. Program Code and User Interface (if any)
