Proposal Summary This Budget Proposal is intended for representation expenses for the inauguration of
“Dental Clinic Package” awarded to Isulan Central School SPED Center. This aims to
provide primary care and deliver health services for the learners, teaching and non-
teaching personnel and even stakeholders during school and district activities.
The expenditure of the budget will be checked by the bookkeeper subject to
accounting rules and regulations.

I. Rationale
Inauguration of the above project is a sort of “Thanks Giving” for the blessings given to the school for
complete medical and dental equipment supplies, First Aid medicines and health services for the learners, teaching
and non-teaching personnel of Isulan Central School SPED Center during school and district activities.
II. Program Objective
To have a school clinic that will deliver medical and nursing services for the teaching, non-teaching
personnel, parents , stakeholders and particularly our school children that they continue to have access to health
services amid this COVID-19 pandemic.
III. Methodology
1. Submission of Approved Activity/Budget Proposal by the School Head.
2. Submission of the procurement documents and other expenditures in connection with the
“Inauguration Activity” to the bookkeeper for checking.
3. Attendance during the activity.
