My name is Princess Corinne Ronquillo. My birthdate is
August 25, 2007 and I'm fourteen years old. I am a junior in
my high school. I am also the oldest child in my family. I
have two younger brothers. It is a common knowledge that
I am a good student and I love to study a lot. My favorite
subjects are mathematics, English and Araling Panlipunan. I
love meeting people and I love making friends with people
who are social.

INTRODUCTION I've always had a passion for music and dance. However, I
had no idea how much joy they bring to humans. Dancing is
a hobby that makes me feel alive and well. Dancing
provides us with numerous exercises. It teaches us to move

our bodies rhythmically and to feel the beat of each song.
This type of physical activity is extremely enjoyable. We all
have dreams and aspire to be something, the only
difference is how far we pursue our ambitions. When I was
younger, I used to watch various dance reality shows and
wished I could dance like them, so I decided to become a
choreographer one day. I'm hoping to achieve my dream of
becoming a professional dancer.
This quarter, my goal is to get a high or better
grade in math. Understand and master
fundamental mathematical concepts and
computational abilities. I'd also like to improve my
creativity as well as my ability to think,
communicate, and solve problems. One way for
me to achieve my objectives is to concentrate on
our topic. I'll take proper notes to support my
studies. I will always listen in order to recite, and I
will not miss my math class.

You can view my academic works and other forms

of educational evidence in my portfolio for the
purpose of evaluating coursework quality, learning
progress, and academic achievement. You can also
view my academic goals and progress as a
learner, as well as my accomplishments and other
documentation.
WHAT I HAVE LEARNED?
Our first lesson was about direct and inverse
variation. In direct, when one quantity increases,
the other increases. When one quantity decreases,
the other decreases. On the other hand, when one
quantity increases, the other decreases then when
one quantity decreases, the other increases. The
next lesson is about Joint and combined variation
. Joint variation is just the same as direct
variation, when one quantity increases, the other
increases while when one quantity decreases, the
other also decreases.

In a Combined variation, when one quantity

increases, the other increases, the other decreases.
When one quantity decreases, the other increases,
the other decreases. We studied integers as
exponents in lesson 3. We watched a video about
fractions as exponents in lesson 4. A fractional
exponent is a method of combining powers and
roots.
We talked about the law of radicals in lesson
5, which I enjoyed the most because it was
very simple for me. The last lesson is about
the multiplication & division of radicals. It is
also mentioned here that we can only multiply
radicals directly if their indices are the same.
A radical expression is not considered to be in
simplest form when its denominator contains
a radical. The process of rewriting the
quotient so that the denominator contains no
nth roots is called rationalizing denominator
WORK THAT I AM PROUD OF

Why is it that you are

proud of this work?
Because I gave my best in
this test
I NEED TO WORK ON
I'm not sure if there are some activities or topics that I
performed the least but there are some activities that I got
deductions on it because I submitted it late.

I'm a little bit confused in this part where the answer can't be the
final answer when there is a square root sign in the denominator,
but the answer is accepted even if there is a square root sign in the
numerator
