Position: Shisha Man Created: 12th March 2020

Reports To: Restaurant Manager Location: Times of Arabia Gold – Madinat


Jumeirah

Position Summary

As a Shisha Man you are responsible to provide basic support and service task, include key responsibilities such as:

Serve guest orders promptly and according to Shisha service procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact professionally with guest, colleagues as appropriate.


- Welcome guests on arrival and help to seat.
- Follow on inventory of Shisha parts, selling report daily.
- Check Shisha if operating well before.
- Answer any guest questions about the Shisha menu, including who to use Shisha and what flavor available. 
- Recommend and suggest specialties to guest.
- Take order from guests
- Up sell whenever possible
- Clearing and resetting tables once the guests have finished.
- Responsible for overall shisha operations.
- Report any breakage to Supervisor

Housekeeping

o Maintain high levels of quality control, hygiene, health and safety.


o  Cleaning Pipes, Mixing tobacco flavors, clean water glass of the Shisha, working area as per Hygiene
standard.
