DEED OF ASSIGNMENT

AND
TRANSFER OF RIGHTS
 
KNOW ALL MEN BY THIS PRESENTS:
 
This DEED, made and executed by and between I, DOMINADOR N. WAING, of legal age
and resident of Catalanacan, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter referred to as the
"ASSIGNORS".
-and-

BENEDICTO G. FUERTES, of legal age, widower and resident of Poblacion West, Science
City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija, hereinafter referred to as the "ASSIGNEE".
 
WITNESSETH that -
 
WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR is the actual possessor of the 197 square meter portion of that
parcel of land covered by TCT NO. EP-97463, containing an area of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
TWO HUNDRED NINETY FOUR (25, 294) SQUARE METERS MORE OR LESS located at
Catalanacan, Science City of Muñoz, Nueva Ecija and registered in the name of ERNESTO
WAING.

  WHEREAS, the ASSIGNOR desires to assign the above-mentioned property, in favor of


the ASSIGNEE;

WHEREAS, the ASSIGNEE is willing to accept the ASSIGNOR’S aforesaid parcel of land;

WHEREFORE the ASSIGNOR hereby assigns, transfers and conveys unto the
ASSIGNEE, all his rights, ownership and interest to the aforementioned property and the
ASSIGNEE by these presents hereby accepts the assignment;

NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the amount of THREE HUNDRED


THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 300, 000.00) from the ASSIGNEE, for good and valuable
consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged to the full satisfaction of ASSIGNOR,
the ASSIGNOR does hereby cedes, transfers and conveys, in a manner absolute, and irrevocable,
all his rights, interests in the aforementioned parcel of land including all their rights appurtenant
thereto, in favor of the ASSIGNEE and the ASSIGNEE hereby accepts the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands on the date and place
first above written.
