RENEWAL OF CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

The Renewal of Contract of lease made and entered into this _____day of _________
2022 at Manila, Philippines, by and between:

DEEPAK SAHIJWANI, Filipino Citizen, of legal age, and with residence at #65
Magallanes Ave. Magallanes Village, Makati City, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR.

CAY CONSTRUCTION with address at Lapuz Norte l Lapuz Iloilo City represented
by its General Manager , ALVIN C. CHUA JR. , hereinafter referred to as the LESSEE;

WITNESSETH that:

WHEREAS, the parties have agreed to renew the lease for another one (1) year period
to begin on October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022 in the monthly rental of TWENTY SIX
THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY NINE PESOS and 04/100 (Php26,799.04)
only, inclusive of 12% Vat/Tax and Association dues .

NOW THEREFORE, for in consideration of the above premises, the LESSOR and the
LESSEE have agreed, as they hereby agree to renew the above mentioned Contract of Lease for
One (1) year covering the period October 01, 2021 to September 30, 2022

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed theses presents on the date
and place first above mentioned.
