All students are reminded of the following:
1. Enter the class on time and don’t be absent tomorrow (April 18, 2023).
2. You may write on the test question but be sure to write your final answers in your Answer Sheet. Avoid any form of
erasures and use permanent ball point pen (black/blue) for your final answers. Observe academic honesty in answering
your exam. ERASURES means WRONG.
3. Please bring long brown or cream folder tomorrow. No Folder, No Exam for strict compliance. Don’t write anything in
your folder, I’ll be the one to label it with your name. Kindly drop your folder on my table tomorrow morning not later
than 9:00 am.
3. Make sure to bring extra pens with you.
4. Kindly prepare for the payment of your exam papers. In order to facilitate the smooth flow of payment collection,
please be ready with the exact amount, put your payment in your arm chair and wait for the teacher collect the payment
individually, viz: 11.00
5. Once you're done in your exam, detach your answer sheet and submit to your teacher. The questionnaire will already be
your copy. Stay on your seat and observe silence so as not to disturb other examinees. Do not leave yet the examination
room until the allotted 55 minutes-1 hour duration time is over.
6. If you have questions, you must addressed to your teacher, not any of your seatmates.
7. Lastly, NO CHEATING!
