GENERAL PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION RESOLUTION NO. 1

RESOLUTION earnestly appealing to our beloved GOVERNOR DOUGLAS RA. CAGAS ,


Governor of Province of Davao del Sur. To avail the budget of concrete school fence, which protect
from intruders and thief to come to school late at night, to protect our school children gone in
cutting of classes, to protect our school children and school from stray animals to come in the
school premises.
WHEREAS, during the Parent Teacher Association Board meeting and General Parent
Teacher (PTA) Assembly, which came out the suggestion and recommendation to minimize the
problem is to seek help to the governor of the said budget of concrete school fence, the only way is
the office of the governor which can help the school problem.
WHEREAS, with our highest respect, faith and trust Governor DOUGLAS RA. CAGAS, this
heartily requests by the Parent Teacher Association Board and Parent Teacher Association of
Baybay Elementary school to grant the request of concreting the school fence.
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved to, reiterate our request to concrete the fence we know
that our Governor is the most concern on the uppermost of education in considering the good
return of the pupils.
RESOLVED finally, to have this resolution series of 2018, deliver to the office of the
governor for their information and favorable action.
