1.0 STATEMENT OF PROBLEM
Back pain is one of the most common medical conditions that many of us encounter
at some point of our life. One in five adults has suffered from back pain and the problem was
severe enough for 10% of those who suffered to warrant medical leave. However, even mild
back pain is a warning sign that special care is needed to help prevent more serious
problems. Nowadays, Malaysians have many problems with their health, particularly for
people who are working as housewives, maids and cleaners. One of their problems is back
pain and numb hands.
Mostly, they have many works to do. So, they will feel pain in the spine and numb
hands. Often, they will drink milk to relieve back pain but our project will solve the problem of
back pain and a numb hand that occur in Malaysia now because prevention is better than
cure. In the modern era, people use different types of technologies to facilitate the day to
day. Now, technology is growing rapidly. Human energy consumption can be reduced
simultaneously to save time. Cleaning technology also experienced a very significant change
for example the use of a vacuum to clean dust from the use of ordinary cleaners. Thus, we
mooted the idea to develop a remote control cleaning machine.
2.0 INTRODUCTION
To solve this problem, new invention is needed by modifying an existing brush and
vacuum. A vacuum cleaner is a device that uses an air pump to create a partial vacuum to
suck up dust and dirt, usually from floors, and optionally from other surfaces as well. The dirt
is collected by either a dust bag or a cyclone for later disposal. Vacuum cleaners, which are
used in homes as well as in industry, exist in a variety of sizes and models— small battery-
operated hand-held devices, domestic central vacuum cleaners, huge stationary industrial
appliances that can handle several hundred liters of dust before being emptied, and self-
propelled vacuum trucks for recovery of large spills or removal of contaminated soil.
Therefore, we have a new idea to modify an existing brush and hand vacuum to
prevent spine pain that occurs for many Malaysian. This concept idea is to modify on a
remote control car together with existing brush and hand vacuum. The brush will install at
the bottom of the remote control car and the hand vacuum is at the top. The brush will spin
to clean the floor while the vacum will suck the dust.

3.0 OBJECTIVES
We will design a new creation with new ideas to facilitate the preparatory work done.
Furthermore, it is user friendly. This invention also uses remote control technology to
maneuver it. In other words, we invented this product is:
1. To reduce the burden of human
2. To save time.
3. To give people a better life.
4.0 PRODUCT SPESIFICATION
CLR Truck works by switching on the switch of the truck and the controller. The truck
is a toy that been added with a vacuum and a brush. The vacuum is attached at the front of
the truck. It works by sucking all the dust on the floor. The brush located at the bottom of the
truck. The brush is used to scrub the floor. The vacuum and the brush are two factor that
make the truck special.
5.0 FUNCTION OF EACH PART
1) Four big wheels: to allow the truck to move forward and backward.
2) The motor: to provide power to the wheels to move.

3) Spinning brush: to clean up litter.
4) Hand vacuum and pipe: to suck the dust.
5) Remote controller: to control the truck
6.0 PUBLIC OPINION
1. In my opinion, this project is very nice and useful to the Malaysians. This project is
also easy for me to do the work at home. For me, this project is very good and
I support this project.

jobs such as brushing and cleaning etc. So, I think this project will facilitate the
people’s work. I like this project.

7.0 CONCLUSION
This design will help us to be more efficient and save time. It also can take care of
human health although nearly reached 50 years old. This project is very useful to be able to
advance the human and purification technology. We hope to get support from the
Malaysians.
