I came up to my business logo Queen Lumpia for it to represent satisfaction of my
customers in my product. Red is the color of my logo to attract more customers because
according to study, color red has higher level of being attractive for it represents foods.
Brief Profile of the Entrepreneur
Queen Lumpia Filipino Cuisine with Family and Heart. The business was owned by
Jana P. Delos Reyes who was born on December 7, 2002, at Kalawag 1, Isulan, Sultan
Kudarat. A grade 12-ABM student, studied at Notre Dame-Siena College of Tacurong.
Background and Business Concept
In today’s generation, most of the Filipinos love to eat foods.
Filipinos are always curious about the popular foods today, always wanting to have a
taste of it. Some of the Filipinos create new dishes that can be popular.
Lumpia traditional Filipino dish that is usually served with meat during family
celebrations or town fiestas. It consist of sauted pork with vegetables like carrots and
sayote, wrapped in lumpia wrapper. It is fried to a golden brown with sweet chilli sauce
as dip.
Description of the Business
My business plan aims to satisfy the needs and wants of the people who will by
my products. My products has its special ingredients that will give my consumers
nutrition that their body need. It is also cheap that can afford easily by my consumers.
The main Objectives of the Queen Lumpia Business are:

To provide the quality finger food at reasonable price with exemplary service.
To be the best selling lumpia business in Kalawag 1.

My stall will be place in front of school where there are a lot of students, teachers and

Product
One of the best features of this product is the health benefit that it can provide to
the consumers. Meat provides complete, high-quality protein. Carrots is particularly
good source of beta-carotene, fiber , Vitamin K, potassium and anti-oxidants. It also
reduce risk of cancer and weight loss friendly food and have been linked to lower
cholesterol levels and improved eye health. Sayote is good for the heart, excellent
source of folate , good source of Vitamin C, help prevent cancer and help the body
produre energy.
Pricing Scheme
At Queen Lumpia, cost accounting is important. I will take advantage of my
excellent credit terms with my suppliers. The price of lumpia will be Php.8.00 per
pieces.
Place
The lumpia is then delivered to customers or catered to them directly as the
owner cooks the lumpia fresh on-site. The business stall will be located at Kalawag 1, In
front of school in order to catch customers going out from school. . The lumpia is made
at home, from scratch, by the owner.
Promotion
I will provide high-quality advertisements like posters and social media
advertisements to attract more customers, my promotions has the important details
about my product and the cost is included.

Posters as form of advertisement will be posted at the hallways to inform anyone
that I will be opening a small business. Flyers will be passed out and put up in local
stores once the designs is perfected, and mass emails will be sent as well. Each of
these method is relatively low cost, and the printing cost will be covered by the owner’s
monthly draw.
b. Social Media Advertising
I will stay current with industry trend and have a facebook webpage site. My
product, location and hours of operation will be easily accessed. In the future I may
considered email orders.

Procedures in Making Pork Lumpia

Butane
Step 1. Prepare your ingredindts like onions, garlic, carrots and sayote as well as your
kitchen equipment like frying pan and butane.
Step 2. Slice your onion, garlic, carrots and sayote. Then wash it.
Step 3. Heat your frying pan and put a small amount of vegetables oil.
Step 4. Sauté your onion, garlic and ground pork, then season it with salt and ground
black pepper.
Step 5. After you sauté your ground pork, put your carrots and sayote. Mix them
together until cook and add salt to taste.
Step 6. Get your lumpia wrapper and wrap it.
Step 7. Heat your frying pan, and put some oil. Once your oil is hot, put some lumpia
depend on how big your pan is. Fry it until golden brown.
Step 8. After frying drain it. And serve it with sauce.
