"Confession House"

II. Project Proponents:


This project is headed and proposed by the Supreme Student Government Officers of Mercedes
National High School.

III. Project Rationale:


Amidst the pandemic, students need to have a balance academic measurement that's why this
project will be a great help on easing mental breakdown considering the situation. In line with the aim of
DepEd to happen an effective learning among the students, this project will be an entertainment of their
voices so that their feelings of gratitude, frustration, complain, etc., can be heard to go with their comfort.
In this regard, we, the SSG Officers, came up to this idea to ensure that every learner belongs to this
school as a family, as a friend, and as a companion to whatever expressions that he/she wants to share
with.

IV. Project Objectives:


- To express the feelings and emotions of the students towards their environment.

- To cope up mental breakdown (stress, depression, and anxiety) amomg the students caused
by different environmental factors.

- To take action of the complains and frustrations written by the students.

V. Project Description:

"Confession House" is a small house structure to be made and hang on the tree near the flag
pole where any student can put in their letters. It has varying designs each week to enhance the creativity
of the students and to attract attention. This will be covered with acetate to avoid its destruction from any
of its form. On a certain picked day in a week, the SSG officers will going to read the selected letters in
front of the stage with microphone. The SSG officers will be firm on selecting presentable yet factual
letters to consider the legality of those. This will be done in less classes or when the whole classes are in
unity of vacancy. The actions that we are going to take of the complains and frustrations are personally
handling these letters to the concerned person especially when it involves privacy and the SSG officers
will look for the best method to settle their issues like giving them a sense of bond so that they would
have a space and time for each other.

VI. Project Duration:

- This program will be implemented from the date of its approval to the end of the school year
2022-2023.

- This will be conducted every Friday-when there are less classes or mostly vacant.

VII. Target Beneficiary

- This program is intended to all grade 7 to grade 12 learners of Mercedes National High
School.

VIII. Proposal Budget

Particular Breakdown Amount

Glue PHP 15.00 × 18 pax PHP 270.00

Total: PHP 270.00/week

IX. Monitoring and Evaluation

- This project will be over all managed by the Supreme Student Government Officers, of course,
with the guidance of their SSG Adviser. The progress of the program will be continued as long as it is not
out of the limit, to be monitored by the SSG President.
