We are a 5th Year B.S. Architecture student from Adamson University. We are currently taking
up the subject: Architectural Design 9. It involves environmental analysis, topographic,
geologic, and seismologic conditions according to its legal considerations. Currently, the
subject takes on macro planning. In compliance with the subject and its research requirements.
I humbly request for your permission to allow me to access the following documents for
academic and research purposes only:

1. CLUP (Comprehensive Land Use Plan) document for Thesis site proposal
2. TCT (Transfer Certificate of Title) document for a 5 to 10 hectares lot (50,000 to
100,000 square meters)
Such documents will remain confidential. The said documents will be highly significant to
the accuracy and quality of my thesis proposal. Your cooperation would be much
appreciated.
