figure 1, shows the input – process and output of the stduy. Evaluating the Financial
management skills of Students through their Regulating Mechanism in Spending Money as
an input and the process are : Evaluating the Financial Management skills of shs students
thru Mechanism in Spending Money, Conduct survey, gather data, analyze the data, narate
the results. And the output will be the evaluated Financial skills of shs students.

Theoretical framework

In figure 1, this theoritical framework relies on Behavioral Finance, Heuristic Theory in


Financial Literacy and Prospect Theory. In behavioral finance it is based on the connection
between human behaviour and financial system of individuals, the knowledge of financial
literacy principles. While in Heuristic Theory in Financial Literacy is relevant on how an
individual make a decision while facing a particular risk. And Last, the Prospect Theory is
about what people think that the possibility of a loss is higher. This study applied
contractivism resonating with its contexts to enhance the knowledge of students on Financial
Literacy it can also apply in real life situation.
