TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

a. Schedule of payment
Design fee/ Confirmation amount – 10%
Advance payable upon design finalization – 40%
Final payment on post-production readiness at factory – 50%

b. Delayed payment
Once a payment request is made/payment link is sent, the payment is to be made within 5 (five) days from the date of
receipt of payment request.
Delay of more than 5 (five) days will attract an interest of 18% per annum and Brigade Plus will be released from its
delivery commitment of 60 days.
2. WARRANTIES
a. 5 (five) year Manufacturers warranties are applicable on kitchen & wardrobes against any manufacturing defects and towards
replacement on any steel items if rusted. Warranty on all other items, appliances, hardware, and accessories are as per the
respective Manufacturer’s Warranty Policy. Warranty is not applicable, on damage caused due to ingress of water/reckless usage
and natural wear and tear etc.
b. Customer expressly understands and agrees that warranties regarding materials, workmanship or use of the other items,
appliances, equipment, hardware, accessories, etc, if any, are made exclusively by the Manufacturer and not by Brigade Plus .
Customer's exclusive remedy shall be as provided in Manufacturer's Warranty and shall lie exclusively against and be obtainable
only from the Manufacturer. Further, Customer expressly agrees that it shall have no claim or cause of action against Brigade Plus
in the event the Manufacturer is for any reason unwilling or unable to perform under the terms of Manufacturer's Warranty.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY :
a. Request for cancellation will be considered only if the cancellation request is made in writing and within 48 hours of placing
the order. Once a cancellation request has been accepted by Brigade Plus in writing, the design fee of 10% of the final order value
will be forfeited as cancellation charges/design fee. Refunds of amount over the 10% design fee will be done within 60
(sixty)days
b. Brigade Plus reserves the right to cancel the order at any time by giving 3 (Three) days’ notice to the Customer, and upon the
expiry of the notice period as aforesaid, the order shall automatically stand cancelled.
c. Brigade Plus may initiate refund of amounts (if applicable) on a pro-rata basis
4. INSTALLATION OF INTERIORS
a. Installation would be done within 60 (sixty) days from the date of receiving advance payable upon design finalization / design
signoff by customer (whichever is later). Hand-over will be done subject to unit/project being ready for possession.
b. In case the order is customized, the 60 (sixty) days delivery promise will not be applicable. Click here to read items that are

5. VALIDITY OF QUOTATION
The quotation issued is valid till the end of the month in which it is [Link] finalization and the payment of 40% of the
order value to be done within 20 days of order confirmation ie. payment of 10% of order value. Failing to do so may result in
escalation of prices as the prices of raw materials tend to fluctuate. Any changes in pricing due to delay in design confirmation or
payment will be borne by the customer.
6. MISCELLANEOUS
a. In the event that maintenance is handled by the Home-Owners Association (HOA)/Residents Welfare Association (RWA),
necessary paperwork as required by the HOA/RWA will be done by the Customer. Any deposits and charges that need to be paid
to the HOA/RWA for commencement of interior works will be borne by the Customer.
b. In the event that the unit/ project is ready for hand-over, while interior works are being executed, Brigade Plus reserves the
right to hand-over the unit only after completion of interior works. Maintenance, CAM Charges etc. incurred during this time are
payable by the Customer.
c. Please note, a total of three iterations are permitted in the design stage. Any additional iterations may be done on a chargeable
basis.
7. FORCE MAJEURE
Brigade Plus shall not be responsible for any failure to deliver the order due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its
reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, pandemic, epidemic, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military
authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labour, or materials. In the event
of any such delay, Brigade Plus shall defer performance hereunder for a period equal to the time of such delay.
8. GOVERNING LAW
This order and all matters and disputes relating to it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Brigade Plus and the Customer hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
