ASSURE MODEL Lesson Plan
Duration of the lesson: 60 minutes
Subject Matter: Merrill’s Principles of Instruction
Students Characteristics:
I. Analyze the Learners This topic is intended for II-BTLED-HE college students ages 18 to 33, with
28 female and 9 male learners. These students are skilled in areas such as
cooking, art, and crafting. They primarily use their abilities for educational
purposes. They certainly activities such as laboratories or any other relevant
activities that help them enhance and expand the skills they have.
Learning styles:
Mostly the students of II-BTLEd-HE in the class are learner centered
teaching wherein they are more active because they can understand a topic
faster if the teacher explains it and the student gives an opinion, idea or
example based on the topic.
II. State Standards and At the end of 60 minutes’ period, the students will be able to:

All of the lesson presentation like projected materials and PowerPoint will be
placed always in front of the students and the chairs will arrange by 5 rows
for group activity.
Prepare the learners:
Present the learning objectives before we proceed to the overall topic so that
the students will prepare their self for the upcoming activities and outputs
that will be given to them.
