APPLICATION:
Bioprime® LBNC3003 is ready to use enzyme so no further
dilution is recommended work under different process conditions
to achieve similar bio-polishing effects. Bio-polishing can also be
possible before or after dyeing or with dyeing.

PROCESS CONDITIONS:
pH : 6.0-7.0
Temperature : 40-55oC
Liquor/garment ratio : 8:1 - 15:1
ADVANTAGES: Treatment time : 45 – 60 mins
Dosage : 0.8 - 1.0% owf

The enzyme treatment should be completed with a thorough detergent

STORAGE: Bioprime® LBNC3003 will maintain its activity for at least 6 months when stored in closed containers at ≤25 oC
