Product introduction
This product belongs to the organic acid coolant compound with the great anti-rust and anti-corrosion
effect on a variety of metal materials such as: solder, cast aluminum, cast iron, steel, brass and copper, etc.
in the vehicle cooling system. It is used for the light duty engine coolant, which has the characteristics of
long life. It is used for the heavy duty engine coolant, which will have excellent performance to prevent
cylinder liner cavitation.
Coolant blended by this package has the advantage of superior performance, easy to use, high
production efficiency, low production cost etc. It can be used to blend coolant to meet the standard of
NB/SH/0521-2010、GB29743-2013 without sophisticated equipment and professional personnel. It is
green and environmental protection.
Product Application
This coolant package is mainly used to produce ethylene glycol type engine cooling fluid for light duty
vehicle. Vehicle cooling fluid produced in the right process with the recipe of organic liquid coolant
corrosion compound can meet the demand of domestic and international products and OEM products
industry requirement performance standard:
NB/SH/0521-2010 ,GB29743-2013，ASTM D3306,BS 6580，JISK 2234
Features of Coolant Fluid
Long lifetime: Using the technology of organic acid reduces the additive consumption and extended the
service life of the cooling liquid. Cooling fluid maintenance life is five years.
Green and environmental protection: Products do not contain amine, nitrite, nitrate, borate, silicate,
phosphate and other inorganic corrosion inhibitors.
Superior anti-rust , anti-corrosion performance: The unique organic acid compounding technology
solves the problem of organic acid corrosion suppression system protecting various metals in engine
cooling system, and the coolant products have excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties.

Coolant Production
Add glycol and deionized water into the stirring kettle and stir. Add the compound agent under stirring
according to the coolant formula. After stirring for 10~20 minutes, test pH value and freezing point. After
passing the test, add defoamer and pigment to get the finished product.
