Our school will be celebrating our yearly school intramurals this coming October 16-20, 2023.
The celebration will be having different games which includes the basketball event since the
school don’t have the facilities to cater it inside the premises.
In line with this, I would like to request to use the facilities of Hongkong covered court during the
time duration of our Intramurals celebration. The schedule of games will be every afternoon, 3:00
pm, starting October 16 -20, 2023. Rest assured during the conduct of the game, players will be
responsible in maintaining the area clean after every game

I. PROJECT TITLE:
“Project SIKAT” – Sama-samang Iindak Kasama Ang Tagumpay
II. PROJECT STATEMENT:
In line with the mission of the school, this project will help the school address the educational
challenge facing today. No matter how difficult and despite the challenges along the way, they
should be valued and appreciated even more. Learning never stops and should not stop just
because of a crisis. Students should not be discouraged from learning or studying. Rather they
should take it as a challenge and pursue their studies for it is a huge opportunity that they can still
study despite the many crises faced by the country. Hence, supporting them to these challenges,
Project SIKAT is a stepping stone in unlocking this challenge and bringing hope and opportunities
to each learner.
This project will be accomplished through the collaborations of our teachers of MAPEH
Department, support of our school heads, parents and active involvement of our students. Each
teacher per grade level and sections will be visited by students who need special attention and
guidance in answering modules or activity sheets. Teachers will plan out strategies that will cater
the needs of the learners. Teaching interventions like SIM and other supplementary material will
be given just to achieve the goals of the project, “NO ONE SHOULD LEFT BEHIND” – Sama-
samang Iindak Kakamtin Ang Tagumpay.
III. OBJECTIVE STATEMENT:
This project aims to:
● Assist learners after transition period amidst global crisis;
● Ensure learning process amidst the global crisis;
● Create harmonious relationship between parents-teachers and students;
● Evaluate tasks/performances during visitation; and
● Give immediate response and appropriate strategy to supplement learnings needs of
the learners.

Rationale:
As the Department of Education adjusted the current school year 2021-2022 calendar to
provide further interventions amidst the educational challenges experienced by the learners and
teachers, the Deped releases an order no. 12 s. 2021, an amendment to Deped Order 030 s.
2020.
Paragraph 3 and 4 of the said order says that schools shall conduct interventions and
remediation activities based on the unique needs of the learners as determined through the results
of the different forms of assessments on the previous school year.
Of course, to address these gaps and in order to meet the required essential learning
competencies, this School Learning Action Cell on Strategic Intervention Material will supplement
to the learning needs in distance learning.
We should always remember of this quote by Temple Grandin that “A treatment method or
an educational method that will work for one child may not work for another child. The one
common denominator for all of the young children is that early intervention does work, and it
seems to improves the prognosis.”
Similarly, these techniques and strategies will become an avenue for teachers to meet
these goals.
