Responsible to manage overall Inventory & Warehouse/Store Operation
Knowledge of Oracle EBS (Inventory Module) and ability to work with an ERP Inventory
module
Inventory Management including Layout Design
Induction of Quality Inspections of Incoming [Link] Training.
Exercise direct responsibility for the planning, organizing, direction, and control of all
activities associated with the development of the Logistics & Warehouse Management
Plans.
Lead continuous improvement, problem-solving, and team building activities related to
the Operations functions
Manage stock by using the FIFO method.
Manage monthly & weekly scheduled safety & quality audits along with the surprise ones.
Ensure that the material inward the same as the purchase order, and in good condition.
Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
Written and bi weekly report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Finish
Goods Warehousing & Logistics:
Ensuring smooth operation for stock transfer and sale dispatches.
Bi-Weekly and Monthly cycle count to ensure 100% stock accuracy.

15. Recruiting, hiring and managing a team of Inventory Counters
16. Presenting written reports and analyses to senior managers
17. Ensure that the material inward the same as the purchase order, and in good condition.
18. Push short expiry items in retail
19. Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
20. Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc. Finish Goods Warehousing &

quantity.
27. Monitoring agreed with need dates, price changes & credit term.
28. Responsible for price negotiation and order placement through purchase order and Letter
of credit to related vendors
