COMMISSION AGREEMENT
This agreement is made between [Real Estate Agent's Name] ("Agent") and [Seller's Name]
("Seller").
1. Property: Seller agrees to engage Agent to market and sell the property located at
[Property Address] (the "Property").
2. Listing Price: The Listing Price for the Property shall be set at [Listing Price]. Seller
understands that this price may be subject to negotiation with potential buyers.
3. Commission: Agent shall receive a commission of [Commission Percentage] % of the
sale price of the Property, payable upon closing of the sale. Seller agrees to pay the
commission to Agent in accordance with the terms of the listing agreement between the
parties.
4. Cooperation: Seller agrees to cooperate with Agent in all aspects of the marketing and
sale of the Property, including but not limited to providing Agent with all necessary
information and documentation related to the Property, allowing Agent to show the
Property to potential buyers, and communicating with Agent in a timely and responsive
manner.
5. Termination: This agreement may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the
other party. However, in the event that the Property is sold within [Listing Period] days
after termination of this agreement to a buyer who was introduced to the Property by
Agent during the term of this agreement, Agent shall be entitled to receive the
commission specified in this agreement.
6. Confidentiality: Agent agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to
the Property and the sale thereof, and to use such information only for the purpose of
marketing and selling the Property.
7. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State], and any dispute
arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of [State].
8. Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the
parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the
parties.
9. Signatures: By signing below, the parties acknowledge that they have read and
understood this agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
