SUBJECT : Orientation on the Dynamic Learning Program

Given the vast effect of Tropical Storm Kristine to DepEd schools in Luzon, the
Department will be implementing the use of Central Visayan Institute Foundation
Dynamic Learning Program (CVIF-DLP) Learner Activity Sheets in affected schools as
part of Alternative Delivery Modes that can be utilized to minimize learning loss.
The implementation of the CVIF-DLP is meant to be used for the following possible
purposes:
1. Touse in the conduct of make-up classes where the Learner Activity Sheets
may be utilized to maximize teachers and to optimize instruction time.
2. To use in the conduct of remote classes where applicable, wherein Learner
Activity Sheets may be provided digitaly or physically to students for eventual
collection and checking.
3. To use in the conduct of classes in Temporary Learning Spaces in schools,
whiledamaged classrooms are undergoing repair and rehabilitation wherein
Learner Activity Sheets will be utilized for most of the week
Based on the discussion with the Regional Directors of Region I, II, II, IV-A,V, and
CAR, the CVIF-DLP willbe initially implemented in select schools to be determined
by the Regional and Schools Division Offices. In line with this, an Orientation on the
Dynamic Learning Program shall be conducted on November 7,and on November 8,
2024. The schedules are as follows:

Teachers may join either of the schedules provided. The orientation shall be
conducted over Zoom, and may be viewed through Facebook Live through DepEd's
official Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/DepartmentOfEducation.PH/
and also through DepEd's official YouTube page, through
https://www.youtube.com/DepEd_ PH.
The orientation will include the following:
1. Introduction to the CVIF-DLP, and its framework and pillars;
2. Understanding the CVIF-DLP Learner Activity Sheets
3. Possible methods for implementing CVIF-DLP
May we request that this information be cascaded to SDOs and Schools that are
targeted for CVIF-DLP implementation by the Regional Offices, and that a list of
implementing SDOs and Schools, and the list of teachers who have attended the
orientation shall be submitted to the Office of the Secretary (Annex A).
