Circulatory system

Right Common Carotid Artery: Supplies oxygenated blood to the right side of the head and neck.

Internal Jugular Vein: Drains deoxygenated blood from the brain and face to the heart.

Right Subclavian Artery: Supplies blood to the right arm, neck, and upper chest.

Superior Vena Cava: Returns deoxygenated blood from the upper body to the right atrium.

Right Pulmonary Artery: Carries deoxygenated blood from the heart to the right lung.

Right Pulmonary Veins: Return oxygenated blood from the right lung to the left atrium.

Right Atrium: Receives deoxygenated blood from the body and sends it to the right ventricle.

Right Ventricle: Pumps deoxygenated blood to the lungs via the pulmonary artery.

Inferior Vena Cava: Returns deoxygenated blood from the lower body to the right atrium.

Hepatic Blood Vessels: Transport blood to and from the liver for detoxification and nutrient processing.

Liver: Filters toxins, processes nutrients, and produces bile for digestion.

Renal Blood Vessels: Supply blood to and from the kidneys for filtration and waste removal.

Kidney: Filters blood to remove waste, balances electrolytes, and regulates blood pressure.

Superior Mesenteric Artery: Supplies oxygenated blood to the small intestine and part of the large
intestine.

Ascending Colon: Absorbs water and nutrients from digested food.

Common Iliac Artery: Supplies oxygenated blood to the pelvis and lower limbs.

External Iliac Vein: Returns deoxygenated blood from the lower limbs to the heart.

External Iliac Artery: Supplies blood to the lower limbs.

Brachiocephalic (Innominate) Artery: Distributes blood to the right arm and head.

Left Common Carotid Artery: Supplies oxygenated blood to the left side of the head and neck.

Left Subclavian Artery: Supplies blood to the left arm and parts of the chest.

Aorta: The largest artery; distributes oxygenated blood from the heart to the body.

Left Pulmonary Artery: Carries deoxygenated blood from the heart to the left lung.

Left Pulmonary Veins: Return oxygenated blood from the left lung to the left atrium.
Left Atrium: Receives oxygenated blood from the lungs and sends it to the left ventricle.

Left Ventricle: Pumps oxygenated blood to the body through the aorta.

Thoracic Aorta: A section of the aorta that supplies blood to the chest and upper abdomen.

Spleen: Filters blood, recycles old red blood cells, and helps the immune system.

Splenic Artery: Supplies oxygenated blood to the spleen.

Gastric Arteries: Supply blood to the stomach.

Stomach: Breaks down food using acids and enzymes for digestion.

Inferior Mesenteric Artery: Supplies blood to the descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum.

Descending Colon: Absorbs water and stores waste before elimination.
