MINUTES OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING AND THE RATIFICATION/ADOPTION OF


THE CONSTITUTION AND BY-LAWS OF THE ORGANIZATION
AGENDA: 1. Organizational Meeting
2. Election of Officers
3. Adoption and Ratification of the Constitution and By-Laws
4. Other Matters

The meeting took place on January 19, 2025, at Barangay Covered Court, Barangay #11 Bulbulala, Vintar, Ilocos
Norte. It started at 1:30PM, when the meeting was called to order. The presiding officer Reynante A. Diza
(Presiding Officer) designated Nante M. Musa (secretariat) who then took the names of the members of the
association attending the organizational meeting. The Presiding Officer discussed to the body the importance and
advantages of forming themselves into an association.

The discussion was followed by a motion to name the organization:

Name of Organization: RURAL WORKERS OF PALLAS VALLEY FARMERS ASSOCIATION

After nomination and division of the house, the following individuals were elected as the officer of the organization:

The elected President of the organization presented and discussed the Constitution and By-Laws. There were no
substantive objections to the provisions and so it was moved that the same Constitutions and By-Laws be
adopted. The result was approved unanimously.

The Secretary took the names of all present and have them signed as proof that they willingly approved of the
Constitutions and By-Laws.

The meeting adjourned at 4:54PM in the afternoon.
