Course This course will introduce students to concepts, problems and techniques
Descriptio applicable to supply chain mgt. it’s vital as procurement professionals,
n they learn the basics of managing supply chain. The course further
intended to enable students to understand the key supply chain mgt
process.
Course The objectives of this course are to:
Objectives • Describe the basic concepts of SCM.
• Evaluate the importance of effective SCM in an organisation
• Identify the risks in SC and how to mitigate them.
• Understand the major SC relationships and operation of
value chain
• Understand how to measure SC performance
Learning By the end of the course students should be able to;
