Scope of Work Uom Qty Rate

Kitchen area

Supply and Installation of kitchen cabinate as per


drawings. The Kitchen shall comprise the following items:
a. Plywood: BWP Grade Architect Ply as per IS-710
(Greenply, Century,Sainik,Ecotec or any equvivalent
brand) b. Laminate: Shutter: 1.0 mm High Gloss
Laminate. Inside: 0.8 mm Laminate c. Cabinets -
Required Cabinets as per Drawing. all accessories. e.
Hardwares: Soft Close hardwares from Ebco / or any
Providing and making of Kitchen Cabinet with equivlanet barand. f. Drawer storage organizer:Plain Tray,
1 Marine ply rate Is including 4 tandem Cutlery Tray. All items are from ebco or any equvivalent Sft 35.31 1650.00
Boxes and cutlery unit brand . g. Profile Handle for shutters and drawers:
Aluminum Profile handle (G Type) as selected by
Architect/Client All shutters shall have PVC Edge Bands
on all four sides. Finish of PVC Edge band shall as per
architects selection. The kitchen shall have a 5 Years
Warantee against Manufacturing defect. The work shall
be complete including all the required accessories for
fixing the kitchen at site as per drawing and to the
satisfaction of client
