 Job description: -

 Check and authorize all the operations, collections and loans transactions.
 Authorize setting limits and pricing according to credit approval.
 Controlling credit limit of facilities as per credit memos& approvals.

 Calculating client’s utilization condition & making sure it is satisfying without any excess.
 Checking all client collaterals documents and authorize it on system.

 Preparing reports for the ERMC committee including clients with irregularities which are reported
to the operational risk department sorted by RM (corporate relationship manager) to be able to
work out those deficiencies and regularize the accounts. These reports are helping our top
management to take the right decision.
 Preparing the required daily, monthly, quarterly reports related to top management.
 Ensure that systems and procedures are followed for operational activities.
 Ensure compliance with operational activities as laid out in the operations procedure manual.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards of documents.
 Ensure compliance with FCI rules for international factoring.
 Ensure proper interaction with internal departments like legal, treasury, customer services,
finance. Etc. on an ongoing basis for operations related activities.

 Job description: -

 Controlling & following up on the daily operational relation with corporate clients. Taking the
necessary approvals before any disbursement.
 Applying and checking the limits and pricing on the system as per approvals. Amending any
changes in limits and pricing.
 Reviewing all terms and condition as per approval and making sure that credit facilities are in line
with the approvals.
 Responsible for reviewing & check securities & borrowing documents against granted
facilities as per approvals.
 Managing and keeping the originals of all securities obtained from the customers verifying their
authenticity with the credit approvals and follow up their renewals.

 Handling the corporates’ portfolios, it is day to day operations, monitoring utilization under
facilities accounts and ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained within the credit policy
before any disbursement. Due diligence is done before any Utilization by requesting the
supporting documents to review the transaction and ensure that it is abiding by the terms f the
credit approval.
 Checking and reviewing the corporates’ limits. Applying the limits on the system and frequent
follow up to ensure that limits are in line with the approval by preparing the undrawn report on a
monthly basis.
 Checking the pricing of OVDs and loans on the system on a monthly basis. to ensure that interest is
applied as per approval. Amending any change in pricing after taking the necessary approvals .
Reviewing and applying the stamp duty and HDBC (if required) on loans.
 Helping in management’s correct decision in due time which might be taken regards corporate
clients by submitting /escalating the Early Warning report which including all approval terms
& conditions for all financial and non financial covenants to the top management including all
accounts irregularities.
 Following up on the investigation reports and sending monthly emails to the investigation
department to track the investigation reports that exceeded 6 months. Also, updating the credit
review and the direct manager with any concerns in the investigation report by preparing the
‘Early warning report”.
 Preparing the “excess and past dues” report on monthly and weekly basis to ensure that clients
are regularly paying their dues in due dates. Following up with the clients with past dues till full
settlement using regular and irregular follow ups till full settlement through sending email to the
corporate department.
 Preparing monthly HO reports coordinating with different departments such retail credit, and
remedial to consolidate their data and reviewing the figures with the finance department to
ensure that figures are matching.
 Being a champion for the operational risk department and handling the following tasks:

 Properly implementing all OR Action Plans.


 Actively participating in setting & reporting of global and local KRIs and controlling \
monitoring their breaches (if any). Local KRIs are set according to the department’s areas of
concern and reported monthly that highlights different risks in the department and help us find
out ways to minimize them.
 Preparing reports for the RCC committee including clients with irregularities which are reported to
the operational risk department sorted by RM (corporate relationship manager) to be able to work
out those deficiencies and regularize the accounts. These reports are helping our top management
to take the right decision.
 Achieving new projects / requests, or any other assignments related to the Group, that are
assigned by my direct supervisor.
 Ensuring our compliance with CBE regulations and guidelines.
 Responsible for maintaining securities files & safe custody, handing the safe box password
and modifying the safe box password in cases of annual leave.
 Updating my direct supervisor on any deviations, so that the corrective action, might be taken
where appropriate.
 Conducting tests and requirements related to IT when required to achieve the department needs.
Coordinating with the IT department to customize reports that help in the preparation of the
needed reports.

 Responsible for the Vault's cash balance and the demand of supplying cash from the Treasury
Group & Central Vault Head.
 Coordinate with Treasury Group to get the approval upon buying / selling foreign currencies and
to be informed with exchange rates.
 Give authorization to cash withdrawals and encashment of checks.
 Manage all ATM assignments i.e. checking balances, feeding cash, solving related problems in
