JASMITHA -

Good morning, respected Headmaster, senior masters, esteemed teachers, and my fellow sequins.

We've been working on a mission to make a difference in the lives of the children at the orphanage and
to spread awareness among the women in the village about menstrual hygiene .

I Jasmitha, Gul, Ariyala, Karan and our team take pride in presenting this idea with you all.

ARIYALA - The Aim

Our mission started on our last visit to the nearby village kainchi wala. We were shocked to see there are
still few women using cloth piec0es instead of sanitary pads. This is not just a matter of comfort, it's
about health and respect. We are asking each student to bring just one packet of sanitary pads.

GUL -

Now coming to the next part of our mission-

The kids in the orphanage who have faced so much adversity find joy in the simplest of things like
playing and having new clothes to wear . Imagine the impact we could make in their lives by contributing
just one item of sports equipment, new clothes or School supplies . The smiles on their faces would be
priceless. With everyone's contribution no matter how small or big, we can bring immense joy and relief
to the children and the women in the village, providing essential hygiene products to the women who
need them the most.

ARIYALA - About the Orphanage

The orphanage you will be donating to is one of the oldest in dehradun. It was established by Mahatma
Gandhi in 1924. Upon our visit we found out there are children aged 7 to 14 years of age and there are
22 boys and 23 girls in this age group. ALSO, All the children of this orphanage are school going.
JASMITHA -

The procedure

It’s simple,

Make a quick note on how you can contribute

If students wish to donate clothing, stationery, or daily use toiletries, donation boxes will be set up in the
houses

as follows

Girls house

Holding house

Agni Jal sharing one And Akash prithvi

Volunteers from each house will count the collected items and prepare a list of the donated items.

If you wish to donate any necessary items to the orphanage

Sequins can donate any gears or funds


they can give their names to the following students:

We request each sequin to join hands and also spread the idea of this noble cause with their parents.
These students will further help in informing the parents of these students by working with the senior
authorities.

ARIYALA-

What can be donated to the orphanage and to the women?

School supplies

Sports equipment

New clothes for those children

Sequins can also give winter clothes and warm blankets to help the children gear up for the coming
winter.

Sanitary napkins

JASMITHA-

Let's come together and make this mission a success. This is our chance to act to turn empathy into
action. To show our community that we stand together, not just in words, but in deeds. Let’s give those
kids the joy they deserve and those women the respect they need.
