Materials: Red heart® soft™ yarn, suggested crochet hook 5.5 mm and 5 mm, tapestry
needle, white ribbon for the bow.

Yarn colors: Off White, Wheat, Toast and Chocolate, little of color Black for the eyes.

Approximate finished diameter size: 39 inches by 39 inches

Special instructions: Watch out for the color changes. When changing the colors
attach new color with the Slip Stitch (SL).

Instructions Part 1: Will be using 5.5 crochet hook.

Starting with border squares, need to make 24 squares.

Ch 5; join with slip st in first ch to form a ring.

We are making large granny square without change of colors it is a same concept as
square we made in the Part 1, different join at the end of each row.

By the end of Round 13 each side of the square should have 13 of 3-dc groups, 12 of
ch-1spaces. And 4 corners with ch-2 space each. Fasten off. Weave the end.

Round14 - Round15 (with color Wheat): Attached color Wheat at any corner ch-2
space. Continue to crochet same way as privies rounds.

At the end of the Round15 each side of the square should have 15 of 3-dc groups, 14
of ch-1spaces. And 4 corners with ch-2 space each. Fasten off. Weave the end.

Round16 - Round17 (with color Toast) Attached color Toast at any corner ch-2 space.
Continue to crochet same way as privies rows.

At the end of the Round17 each side of the square should have 17 of 3-dc groups, 16
of ch-1spaces. And 4 corners with ch-2 space each. Fasten off. Weave the end.

Round18 – Round20 (with color Chocolate) Attached color Chocolate at any corner

Finishing:

Place a ready Teddy in the middle of the blanket and saw all away around with
tapestry needle make sure to match colors.

Cut ribbon piece and tie a bow in the middle dc stitch under the head.
