Requirements for Full Time Employment:
Our minimum CGPA requirement is 7.5 and above.
At least one programming language like C#/Java with basics concepts
Knowledge on front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Any one database like SQL, MYSQL ,MongoDB , Oracle. Etc.
Good knowledge & understanding on OOPS concepts with real-time scenarios.
First preference is given to MCA, CSE, and IT streams. Other branches will be
considered if the candidate demonstrates strong proficiency in C#/Java
programming and databases like SQL, MYSQL etc

Title: Associate Technical Consultant -Microsoft Dynamics
CRM
Location: Financial District, Gachibowli, Hyderabad
Type: Full Time with AdyatanTech
Job Responsibilities:
The role entails getting trained on D365 CE and Power Apps to attain
Functional and Technical competency to take on the role of Technical
Consultants.
The trained consultants would work with customers’ technical, business
and management teams to understand their strategy and identify their
requirements, to design and deliver integrated solutions.
Conduct hands on implementation, configuration, and customizations
of the various components of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps.
Build positive client relationships by developing an understanding of
the clients’ business processes.
Contribute to every phase of the project lifecycle, including
development, testing and deployment.
Support & Lead projects through all project phases.
Skills Required:
· Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming principles , preferably C#/Java.
· Knowledge of scripting language preferably JavaScript
· Knowledge of RDBMS
· Knowledge of C#/Java and the .NET framework.
· Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication skills.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a
related field.

Initial Telephonic screening by the technical recruiter of our organization like
academics , technical knowledge, and communication etc.
1st Round - Microsoft Team Video Meetings for 30 -45 minutes on Technology
Knowledge areas, Academics etc.
2nd Round – Online Test: Total No. of Questions is 100 (Minimum 75 %
marks should secure to qualify for final round)

Which Includes Training on Microsoft Dynamic Modules like CRM, Sales,
Marketing, Field Service etc and Power Apps.
Certifications, Real-Time hands-on coding, and customer facing position
Real-time live project contributions, customer-facing roles, certifications, and
many more for your career growth.
Functional Responsibilities - Requirement gathering, Project Planning, Project
Estimations, Risk Management, Change Management. Documentation, Agile
Methodologies etc.
Salary Offered & Benefits:
The Compensation Package (CTC) is structured within the starting range
from 3.3 LPA – 4.5 LPA and is subject to variation based on the candidate's
demonstrated competency.
We have Two Appraisal cycles in April & Oct
Health insurance plans for individuals with a sum insured of ₹3 Lakhs
Moreover, a performance bonus will be awarded upon the successful
completion of assigned projects.
