Yoghurt Lollies

Fruit and yoghurt, frozen to make a healthy ice-cream which


your kids are sure to love.

Starters Snacks Main Course Desserts

Cooking Time : Nil.


Preparation Time : 5 mins.

Makes 6 lollies.

Ingredients
1 cup fresh low fat curds
1 cup fruit puree (mango, strawberry)
3 to 4 tablespoons sugar (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence

How To Proceed
1.Combine all the ingredients in a liquidiser and blend
into a smooth mixture.
2.Pour into plastic lolly moulds and freeze for 6 to 8
hours till firm.
3.Insert wooden ice-cream sticks into the frozen lollies
and unmould.
4.Serve immediately.

Handy tip(s) :
1.You can use kulfi moulds instead of lolly moulds for
freezing these lollies.
