▪ Received multiple awards, including the MOL Pakistan Wellhead Idea Award for energy optimization (14
MMbtu/hr) and the MOL Pakistan Wellhead Idea Award for maximum utilization of condensate storage
capacity. Additionally, recognized multiple times with the Best Performance Certificate by MOL
management.
▪ Generated significant revenue through various projects, such as $4.65M from the in-house MOL project of
Makori East raw gas diversion from MGPF to CPF, $07M annually from the in-house MOL project of flash gas
diversion from CPF to MGPF, $5.69M annually from process parameter optimization of MOL MGPF, and
$1.98M from performance improvement of MGPF Dehydration Adsorber.
▪ Expertly secured $0.91M savings yearly by resolving frequent breakdown issues of MOL MGPF OSO
compressors by detailed RCFA. Resolved Turboexpander (high speed – cryogenic operations machine)
operational issues after through investigations resulted in saving $1M annually in O&M.
▪ Pioneer of Process Safety Initiatives i.e. digitalization of Permit to work (PTW), Electronic Management of
Change (eMoC), Rationalization of Process Control Alarms and Basic Process Control System (BPCS).

RESPONSIBILTES
1. Assisting Top leadership in achieving Process Safety KPI by ensuring ZERO TIER-1 & 2 incidents.
2. Manage project process engineering through review of FEED, Feasibility studies, Design Basis, Control &
Emergency Philosophy, specifications, data sheets, PFDs, P&IDs, HAZOP, HAZID, SIL/LOPA studies,
calculations, and technical documents, from definition to commissioning and close-out.
3. Provide input in studies and activities to ensure addressing operability, maintainability & integrity issues.

4. Ensure design integrity assurance through participation as independent body in technical safety reviews e.g.
Hazardous Area Classification, Plot Plan, 3D Model, relief, flare and venting / blow down systems.
5. Led the operations & commissioning of oil and gas process plants including Gas, Condensate, Crude, LPG,
and Water Treatment & injection facilities, from initial setup to operational readiness.
6. Develop, analyse, and implement new tools and techniques to enhance operational, process & energy
efficiency.
7. Monitored plant operations, investigated performance improvements, and administered planned and
unplanned shutdowns.
8. Ensured on-spec sales gas, crude, condensate, and LPG delivery while maintaining safety and asset integrity.
9. Perform process simulations by using HYSYS, Flarenet, Flaresim, Pipesim, EDR, to validate proposed changes
for process continuous improvement.
10. Conducted Management of Change (MOC) evaluations to assess and manage potential impacts on safety
resulting from changes in processes, equipment, or personnel.
11. Facilitated Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) for new projects, as well as safety reviews for process
modifications, and equipment changes. Lead role in implementing and closeout of MOCs
12. Evaluate adequacy of additional preventative barriers, and mitigate measures, determine re-assessment
intervals and methods for all assets.
13. Performed risk analysis using methodologies like LOPA (Layer of Protection Analysis), Event Tree Analysis,
Fault Tree Analysis, and Availability Target setting to quantify and assess process risks.
14. Specialized in pressure relief and disposal strategies to ensure safe handling of process pressures. Conducted
inhouse dispersion analysis and reviewed 3rd party emissions as well as radiation studies.
15. Conducted comprehensive consequence analysis to assess potential impacts of process deviations and
identify mitigation measures particularly for LPG storage and loading area
16. Emergency Shutdown response and troubleshooting; ensure that HIMA based ESD, Fire & Gas systems are
alive and operational with minimal overrides. Address the maintenance override on priority.
17. Led incident investigations, root cause analyses (RCFA), & action planning to avoid recurrence.
18. Prepared, reviewed, and revised Operating Work Instructions and Procedures for safe work practices,
equipment start-up, and shutdown. Effective implementation of Permit to work (PTW).
19. Reviewed and scrutinized proposals for expenditures and budget proposals before management approval.
