ABOUT AICTE ACTIVITY
The objectives of AICTE student activity are to expose students to the real time life challenges, and facilitate
opportunities to gather data, analysis the problem, and propose feasible and cost-effective solution. The aim
is to provide an opportunity for overall personal development which would enable creation of responsible
engineers, who would become proud volunteers for undertaking projects having social impact. Besides, it
helps the students to strengthen their softs skills, leadership qualities and team spirit. Moreover, these activities
inculcate entrepreneurial mindset and societal commitment.

1. Career Guidance for Government School Students
Category of the Activity:
Career Guidance for Government School Students
Location of the Activity: Government School , Santebennur

Objectives of the Activity:
To provide awareness about diverse career opportunities beyond traditional fields.
To guide students from government schools in selecting appropriate academic and vocational paths after
Class 10 and 12.
To educate students on scholarships, entrance exams, and skill-based training options.
To inspire and motivate students through interaction with college students and faculty.
Detailed Description of the Activity:
The Career Guidance Program for Government School Students was organized by the institution as part of
its social outreach and education development initiative. The event was conducted at a nearby government
school where students from Classes 9 to 12 participated enthusiastically.
Faculty members and final-year students from various departments visited the school and conducted
interactive sessions. The team explained different academic streams such as science, commerce, and arts and
introduced students to career options in engineering, medicine, law, IT, armed forces, civil services,
paramedical fields, and vocational courses.
Special focus was given to explaining competitive exams such as NEET, JEE, CUET, Polytechnic entrance,
and government scholarship programs (NSP, Inspire, KVPY). The team also emphasized the importance of
skill development and how to take advantage of government-run skilling initiatives like PMKVY and NAPS.
Motivational talks were delivered to help boost student confidence and remove hesitation in pursuing higher
education. Handouts and booklets were distributed containing career maps, college lists, and scholarship
information.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A where students asked questions about their aspirations and
doubts. Overall, the activity empowered the students with clarity and direction for their future education and
career planning.

Conclusion:
The Career Guidance Program proved to be a meaningful and impactful initiative aimed at bridging the
awareness gap among government school students regarding future academic and career opportunities. The
interactive sessions not only educated the students about various career paths but also motivated them to
dream big and pursue higher education confidently.

To explore digital and creative platforms for showcasing lesser-known tourist destinations.
Detailed Description of the Activity:
The institution organized an activity on “Tourism Promotion through Innovative Approaches”
under its community engagement and awareness initiative. The event involved active participation from
students and faculty across departments.
As part of the campaign, students researched local tourist spots, historical monuments, heritage sites,
and nature trails around the region. Teams created posters, short videos, and digital content highlighting the
beauty, cultural significance, and hidden stories of these places. QR-code based info cards were developed
and distributed at public spots, linking directly to student-made tourism content.
A social media campaign was launched where students used Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and
blog posts to promote local tourism with hashtags supporting regional identity. Flash mobs, street plays, and
photo exhibitions were also conducted in public areas and campuses to create curiosity and attract attention to
lesser-known destinations.
Conclusion:
The tourism promotion activity successfully engaged students in showcasing the cultural richness and
unexplored beauty of their local surroundings through innovative means. The use of digital tools, creativity,
and grassroots-level campaigns helped create awareness and interest among the community.

Digital payments are transactions that take place via digital or online modes, with no physical exchange of
money involved. The means that both parties, the payer and the payee, me electronic mediums to exchange
money.

Benefits of Digital Payments:
In a country like India, where disparities are sometimes poles apart, ensuring financial equality becomes an
issue of prime importance. One of the reasons why our government saned vocalizing cashless economy and
digital India was to improve access to financial resources,
There are multiple benefits that digital payments bring to the table:
1. Ease and convenience 2. Economic progress 3. Safety and efficient tracking
Conclusion:
Presently digital payments are widely used everywhere but we were focusing small shops where there is no
utilize of digital payment. We educate them about digital payment benefits and also fraud awareness.

Detailed Description of the Activity:
A Personality Development and Leadership Training Program was conducted to empower students with
essential life skills and leadership qualities. The program was held over multiple sessions and included a blend
of interactive workshops, team-building exercises, mock interviews, role plays, and personality assessment
tests.
Activities such as group discussions, debates, personal SWOT analysis, and resume building were also
included to make the sessions more engaging and outcome-oriented.
Students were encouraged to participate actively, lead small teams during activities, and reflect on their
personal growth throughout the training. Feedback was collected at the end of the program for continuous
improvement.
Conclusion:
The Personality Development and Leadership Training Program significantly contributed to enhancing the
confidence, clarity, and capabilities of the participants. Students gained practical insights into leading with
responsibility, communicating effectively, and navigating challenges with a positive mindset. The program
also helped create a more self-aware, proactive, and professionally prepared student community.

A detailed description of the activity:
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath, and mind. It uses physical postures, breathing exercises,
and meditation to improve overall health. Yoga was developed as a spiritual practice thousands of years ago.
Today, most Westerners who do yoga do it for exercise or to reduce stress.
We are living in uncertain times; social, environmental and financial instability is rocking most of our
worlds right now, majorly due to the consequences of the ongoing Covid crisis. Amid such global scenarios
of doom and gloom, practicing Yoga can be our 'secret key' for achieving holistic well-being, as it can assist
us in bringing our minds, souls and bodies back to a state of natural calm, rest and balance.

Conclusion:
It Helps to reduce the all mind and body problems. Most of all don't know about the importance of yoga but
on that day most of peoples are getting value of yoga.
