RCON TILE SET is a Macromolecule based Liquid Medium Hydro soluble Aqueous Suspension to be

SURFACE PREPARATION
NOTE:
Expansion joints shall be provided through the tile work from all construction or expansion joints in
the substrate. All surfaces should be structurally sound, clean and free of all dirt, oil, grease, loose
peeling paint etc. concrete sealers or curing compounds. Dry, dusty concrete slabs or masonry
should be dampened and excess water swept off. Installation may be made on a damp surface.
Note: Shake the container well before using RCON TILE SET.
Place clean, potable water into a clean pail. Add RCON TILE SET, and mix thoroughly. Wait for 5 to 10
minutes before mixing this RCON TILE SET slurry to cement.

RCON TILE SET SLURRY: Mix 300-500ml of RCON TILE SET with 20 Liters of water. Add this RCON
TILE SET Slurry to Cement and mix by hand or with a slow speed mixer to a smooth, workable
consistency. Adjust water for consistency if necessary to a maximum of 30 Liters for 300-500ml of
RCON TILE SET. Remix and apply with tools over the leveling bed.
INSTALLATION OF TILE OR STONE OVER THE LEVELING BED
Apply RCON TILE SET Slurry to the substrate with the flat side of the trowel, pressing firmly to work
into surface.
Spread as much RCON TILE SET slurry as can be covered with tile in 10 minutes. Back butter
large tiles (> 12”x12”) with RCON TILE SET Slurry to provide full bedding and firm support. Place
tiles into wet, sticky RCON TILE SET slurry base and beat in using a beating block and rubber mallet
to imbed tile and adjust level.
NOTE: Higher dosage of RCON TILE SET would enhance further, the performance of cement slurry.
Do not set tile when surface temperature is below freezing or when substrate is frozen.
Storage of RCON TILE SET:
RCON TILE SET should be stored in temperature
Conditions of +10°C to +50°C
LOW TEMPERATURE: < +10°C:
Keep away from cold weather conditions. Prolonged exposure to the temperature < +10°C will cause
it to freeze. Flow ability is restricted yet the Quality & Performance will remain the same.
HIGH TEMPERATURE: > +50°C to +60°C:
Keep away from hot weather conditions: Prolonged exposure to the temperature > +50°C to +60°C
will cause segregation at the bottom.
