II. COURSE DESCRIPTION : This course provides a comprehensive overview explores the strategic and tactical aspects of managing
resources, processes, and systems to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Students will gain a deep understanding of operations management
concepts. Course emphasizes problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skills to address operational challenges and enhance overall
business performance.
