PRIZE MONEY : Total Prize Money Rs.95000/- (Ninety Five Thousand Only) shall be paid to the Winners, Runner Up & Semi-Finalist.

The entries shall be received online by OSBA through its website only (www.osbaodisha.org). Direct entries are not valid.

[email protected]DOUBLES ENTRIES : Districts forwarding names for Doubles & Mixed Doubles partnering player from different Districts should have CONSENT
or otherwise names of the same pair should come from both the districts failing which the entry will not be considered
and the entry fee will be forfeited. The respective District units are requested to obtain consent from other District
player before forwarding the PTCs to players.
ENTRY FEES : The entry fees for players are as follows:
Singles events all categories – Rs.800/- per player & Doubles events all categories – Rs.1600/- per pair
MODE OF COMPETITION : All matches shall be played on best of three games of 21 points in rally points system. However, if need be, the Referee
in consultation with the Organising Committee and OSBA Observers, conduct qualifying matches in best of three games
of 15 points each with extension up to 21 points.
REGULATIONS : The BAI / OSBA Competition Regulations and General Competition Regulations shall be applicable. In case of any
dispute, the decision of the Tournament Referee will be final.
CLOTHING REGULATIONS : As per BWF / BAI guidelines it is recommended that players’ Name [SURNAME + INITIAL of first Name (if used shall be
printed on the backside of the T-shirt & representing District Name below) Players are advised to follow the General
Competition Regulations 20 to 24. Any violation shall amount to a fine of Rs.500/- (Five Hundred only) and the Player
needs to clear his previous dues before playing the next immediate match.
M & Q LIST : M & Q list based on OSBA latest ranking list published on OSBA website & Facebook page where applicable.
WITHDRAWALS : MAY 18th, 2024, 8 PM.
If there are any withdrawals after the close of entries, it shall be intimated to OSBA immediately by the authorized units
/ player before the closing date of withdrawal. Any Player failing to participate in any OSBA approved tournaments after
the draw is made, is liable to pay Rs.1200/- (One Thousand Two Hundred) fine to OSBA before participating in the next
tournament. No exemption under any ground (including medical) will be allowed in payment of fine. No player is
permitted to participate in the next tournament without paying fine and for OSBA State Championship & Ranking the
player shall not be allowed to participate in the next immediate event and shall have to deposit the requisite fine before
participating in future tournaments. Referee shall submit the withdrawal list to OSBA within 24 hours after completion
of the tournament to the Hony. Secretary, OSBA. On receipt of the list, Authorized units concerned shall collect the fine
amount and forward it to OSBA.
DRAWS : Shall be conducted at the venue or as per Chief Referee’s Decision.
NOTICES : Besides the Notice Board at the Venue, Participants are advised to follow OSBA’s Facebook page
( Facebook/orissastatebadmintonassociation ) for tournament related information.
SHUTTLES : YONEX AS2 or equivalent.

There may be changes as may be decided by the Referee in consultation with the Organising Secretary.
PROTEST : Protest of any kind will have to accompanied by a protest fee of Rs.1000.00/- (One Thousand). Protest must be made
before the match or within one hour of the completion of the match and shall be addressed to the Organizing Secretary
in writing with a copy to OSBA.
TOURNAMENT OBSERVERS : Hony.Secretary OSBA/Observers shall attend the Tournament / Championship to organize the smooth conduct and to
manage Meetings, Draws etc. OSBA shall nominate one/two Observers to this ranking tournament. The above members
shall be given TA/DA facilities as per OSBA norms.

EQUIPMENT SPONSOR : As per contract of OSBA with Yonex-Sunrise, the Organisers shall be provided with Yonex shuttle cocks by OSBA.
FACILITIES : Accommodation & Food at subsidized rates shall be arranged for Players on demand only. (Free accommodation can be
availed as per availability on request only)
REFEREE : Shall be nominated by OSBA along with other Technical Officials.
RIGHT TO AMEND : OSBA reserves the right for any changes in Tournament Rules & Regulations / Schedule etc. in consultation with
Organising Secretary without assigning any reason.

1. Players having updated registered State ID can only participate in all OSBA events.
2. The Tournament / Championship may be conducted as per Govt. of India / State Govt. & BAI Covid-19 regulations.
3. The Tournament / Championship may be canceled or postponed. Tournament Venue & Dates can change depending on Govt.
order on Covid-19 situation or any other unavoidable reason with prior notice.
4. Guidelines as per the BAI / OSBA circular governs all aspect of the Tournament.
