Dear Sir,
I am writing to you as a longstanding member of the Book Club, Nguyen Ngoc Huynh
Nhu.
According to the annoucement, I was quite disappointed tohear that free monthly
books will be discontinued from next month due to delivery service problems,
threrfore, I propose that our club shouls make some adjustments to address this issue.
In my opinion, member’s benefits and the sustainable development of the club are just
our club’s thing. Firstly, I suggest that our club should raise the membership fee by at

least 5% to have a small budget. Secondly, we should cooperrate with more reliable
delivery partners might help shorten waiting times.
I sincerely hope that my suggestions will be taken onto consideration. I’m looking
forward to hearing your response.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you as a longstanding member of the Book Club, Nguyen Ngoc Huynh
Nhu.
According to the annoucement, the club is gathering our input about planing a
meeting. Honestly, I was filled with cheerfulness when I heard this new. I believe the
plan will be meaningful and I was eager to contribute to its preparation.
Firstly, I think we should invite popular speakers who have influence nowadays, and
the theme shoud be “Sharing Reading Habits”. Secondly, the event could include
interactive discussions to engage participants. Finally, I suggest holding the meeting
on Sunday, which will be the most appropriate and convenient day for both young and
old members to attend.
