Course The businesses are now managed by projects. Understanding the critical aspects
Description of the project is thus very important. Project Management, therefore, assumes a
central role in the successful management of businesses. One-off projects like Sig
Sigma initiatives, new software program development, installation of a SAP
system, Olympic games or movie production are one-time and can be handled
effectively with skills acquired by learning Project Management. Monitoring and
control are the key features for success in project deliverables, and the Earned
Value Analysis is a simple but effective tool for managers.
