Organising the training

How did you plan the training? Face-to-face or online? Did you base your training on an
already developed training or on a specific source? How was the collaboration with your co-
trainer regarding planning? Did you get enough support from your co-trainer/mentor? Did
you feel that you were prepared enough for the training?

room, the breaks, were the materials provided and so on; List the materials you needed.

Goals
Which goals have you set for the session?

Did you provide participants with handouts after the training? How were they composed?
Any other interesting facts…? ☺

DELIVERY:

Schedule
If you have used the EPSA Training Outline template to prepare your training, you can just
attach your file and skip this part. Be sure you filled the “Evaluation” column.

Schedule analysis example (you can send us the schedule you have designed for the Training
instead). What happened on each point and what was the outcome? Describe in detail every
topic you have proposed on the schedule.

Example:
- Expectations
● Material & Process: We designed a flipchart where the participants sticked their
post-its with the expectations for the session. After everyone completed the task,
we have grouped them in mind clouds and discussed their expectations.
● Outcomes: Besides helping us to understand the participants we had in front of us, it
also helped them to be more aware of their own expectations and more open
towards the training.
