Role: Management Trainee
Job Description:
Position Summary
We’re looking for a Management Trainee, who will be a key member of our
management team tasked with different assignments like growing our user base,
monetizing our player base, running product for a game, bringing efficiency in a
focus area or working with a leader on a key initiative in this rapidly growing mobile
app ecosystem.
If you enjoy strategically planning, developing and executing integrated marketing
programs across several platforms (i.e.: Facebook, Chartboost, and more) that will
generate the demand, growth and subsequent acquisition of users across our entire
game portfolio, you’ll love this job. This assignment will position you to very quickly
get all the skills needed to become a business leader.
What’s required of you
● Being able to analyze large chunks of data and infer reads from them to drive
next steps.
● Be able to effectively run a project with minimal issues and misses.
● Having previous experience of growing user base and drive traffic is a plus
● Having good negotiation skills
● Provide analytical insight into mobile trends and strategize adjustments to
increase our audience
● Synthesize external and internal data along with team feedback to develop
coherent roadmaps and test plans for growing our player audience
● Manage ongoing optimization and having an understanding of funnel
analysis including A/B and multivariate testing
● Work effectively across multiple internal teams (product, creative,
engineering, etc.) to deliver a successful end-to-end campaign definition,
development and execution.
What we’re looking for
● Intuitive grasp of data and strong with Excel
● Genuine interest in social, gaming, analytics and advertising a must.
● Analytical and data-focused with experience in mobile analytics, optimization
and A/B testing
● Good project management and people skills
● Proactive, energetic self-starter who thrives on getting things done
● Exceptional communications skills: written, verbal as well as presentation
abilities
● SQL and/or knowledge of R is a plus.
