will provide experiences in a variety of exercise programs for the purpose of
maintaining and enhancing cardiorespiratory and musculoskeletal fitness
(core stability, muscle strength, endurance and power).

can do enhance their health. Regular physical activity support appropriate
growth and development and can help people feel better, work better, sleep
better, and have a decreased chance of developing a range of chronic

- Refers to your body systems’ capacity to function
effectively together to allow you to be healthy and perform
daily living activities. Being physically fit means completing
every tasks with the minimum possible effort. A fit person
can do school work, do duties at home, and have enough
time to enjoy sports and other leisure activities.
