China-Mexico Relations are Growing.

The incoming administration disrupting international trade, two countries on different

sides of the planet are strengthening their economic ties. China-Mexico relations have
been friendly for many years, and some even call the relationship a kind of alliance.

China and Mexico, are taking proactive steps to increase their alliance. Already trade
partners for over four decades, China and Mexico have a long history of economic
cooperation and partnership.

China is Mexico’s second largest trading partner.

China needs energy, and Mexico needs infrastructure to exploit their energy resources.
Chinese firms might make up for any US firms that may go back home.
Mexican integration with the US economy provides the perfect gateway for Chinese
businesses to strengthen access to the US market.
Diplomatic talks between the two manufacturing countries are increasing (incrising)
As news stories continue to announce Asian companies setting up shop in Mexico, this
alliance becomes more of a reality and less of a vision. For example, China announced
they were doubling their Mexican investment less than a year ago, and many other
technology brands in China are following suit.

Y:How?

A: Well, I don’t buy things on sale, I don’t use coupons, I buy anything I see, so when I shop I don’t look at
prices. I just see the food and I get it and I buy it and I pay it for it, and sometimes it’s very expensive, so I
need to Budget my money but I don’t Budget my money, what about you?, are you good at saving money?

Y: I dont think, I’m too bad at saving money, I look at prices a lot and I also buy a lot of things on sale, so I’m
able to save some money.

A: So, you look for discounts?

Y: Yes I do
A: Do you use special offers?

Y: No I don’t, but if I see some I will use them

A: So, do you waste money on anything? Like maybe eating out, buying clothes, renting movies?

Y: I waste money on buying clothes, but I save a little because I buy them on sale

A: And do you buy things online?

Y: No I don’t, I usually go into the stores to shop.

A: I don’t spend much money on clothes, I only shop maybe once a year or I only shop if I need something
like it’s really cold and I need a jacket.

Y: Ok I see
A: And I often only wear clothes people give to me.

Y: That’s amazing!

A: Yeah, so I get shirt or ties for Christmas gifts or a birthday gift and my mom often asks “What do you want
for christmas?” and I’ll say “Underwear and socks” and so, she buys them for me and then I don’t have to
buy them.

Y: You’re sound like you’re an easy person to give a present to.

A: Yes, for clothes, but I waste money on computer’s and electronics and those things are expensive, so I buy
a new computer every year, I have four computers now in my house and I have five mobiles too, I have lots
of electronic equipment so I spend much money on those things.
