worked the first two times but now nothing works, go on the app and it keeps telling me my pin is wrong, go to reset pin and it’s telling me it can’t be the same pin, it freezes, doesn’t allow me to finish purchases. I’ll try a different site
I had a concern regarding a monthly subscription charge on my account.
Jenny was the customer team member who assisted me with this matter. She was very pleasant and most helpful in assisting me with getting this matter resolved. Her performance was exemplary!

This company is crazy. You have to add your payment methods. Then if you don't add them again in a seperate spot in the app, they charge you extra fees. And you can't just choose the payment methods you already have in there, either bank or card, no you have to add your bank account twice and go through verification deposits twice. And if you want to pay it off early so you can close tha account? Nope, can't use the payments on file. To add money to pay it off, theres a $5 fee AND you have to go through 5 day verification. Upset and want help or answers from customer service? That's $19.99. Don't use this service.

I have an issue with the fact that they have a default payment for my bank account but tried to charge my debit card which didn’t have the money on it and charged me a fee right away. Then there late fee is $16 so a $22 fee was apply to two different accounts. But then when the app doesn’t get it from the debit card it final charged the account with money. That’s fraudulent activity: this app is a scam. So $44 dollar extra they got from two supposedly late payments when it wouldn’t have been late if they would have charged the right account in the first place. People really out here struggling. It’s a shame we even have to use these apps to pay bills and buy food and yall really taking advantage. Making a killing on your mistake.
Fees are high, definitely are better split pay options. Soon as you forget a payment they charge you, then if not paid within the day your charged again. Will not use this app ever again
I had to change the name on my account because my card and ID was not a match for a purchase. I reached out and got Emma. She was great and got my issue resolved quickly.

Romeo at sezzle customer service is fantastic! Before contacting sezzle I had a somewhat unusual situation and my expectations to get my account back on track were low. However Romeo handled the circumstances with care, empathy and accurate efficiency. Importantly too, all while maintaining great prompt communication with me each step of the way. I like sezzle but it’s really annoying that if I have $ on one account but not the other and it bills and fails and I switch payment methods the SAME day it still adds 6.95. At least mark it late and fee it the next day that’s kind of ridiculous. It failed on one card so I paid on another SAME DAY WHY IS THERE A FEE????? After my current payments I likely will not continue to use sezzle do to this.

I had a few questions regarding Sezzle financing for longer payment options. I was helped by Wade. He was quick to answer and gave as much information as he could which I appreciated. I used Sezzle to place an order using their payment plan. What Sezzle does not clearly disclose is that after the first payment, you are forced to use a bank account for future payments — debit cards are not allowed. I only found this out after my purchase was already completed.
When I tried to add my bank account, Sezzle required a micro-deposit verification that takes several days. That delay caused me to miss my due date — even though I acted immediately — and I was charged a late fee because of Sezzle’s own verification process.
I contacted support and explained that the late payment was caused entirely by their system and lack of upfront disclosure. They refused to remove or refund the fee.
This is a textbook example of a predatory payment setup:
• They don’t tell you autopay must be bank-only
• They force a multi-day verification
• They charge you when their own delay makes you late
That is not transparent or fair to customers. I will not use Sezzle again and strongly advise others to avoid their payment plans unless you already have a bank account linked and verified before checkout.
I had an issue arise with my paycheck where holiday pay was accidentally left off so I reached out and spoke to Jim. He was very helpful and helped me reschedule even though I probably exceeded my reschedules. It’s nice to feel helped and understood especially when things get unexpectedly tough. Makes me trust that Sezzle is a great app that not only helps with money but cares about their customers during the tough times. Thank you again!!

Had an issue with receipt of Sezzle Earn from a bonus gas offer. Sezzle support responded immediately and investigated the matter. After some correspondence and verification, Sullivan was able to correct the error with me receiving some bonus Sezzle Spend. Very professional group of folks! I will be utilizing their service on a regular basis going forward.

I have had a few hundred orders and a few years history with Sezzle and paid on time or early with every single one until I very unexpectedly lost my job last summer. During this time I still did get my payments made, albeit they were slow to be paid, but were still paid in full. At this point, even though I have paid every single penny borrowed through Sezzle and 99% of my history with them has been A+, I now get shit on because I had a few slow payments on a handful of orders out of a few hundred. 0 stars, will never recommend Sezzle to anyone.
