Another surprise when writing my backport is that `Ractor.new` does not accept `move:` keyword argument.
```ruby
Ractor.new(val, move: true) { |data| ... }
# equivalent to
Ractor.new { data = Ractor.receive; ... }.tap { |r| r.send(val, move: true) }
```
