The task for investors is therefore to reframe volatility not as a threat but as an entry point. Buying into weakness requires patience and conviction, but history tells us that those who take the longer view are rewarded. It means ignoring the noise and focusing on whether the company’s competitive edge, innovation pipeline, or consumer franchise will still matter five or ten years from now. Our selected stocks for today depict a strong upward trajectory in their overall average score which is based on five key pillars: Earnings, fundamentals, relative valuation, risk, and price momentum. This implies that there has been a significant improvement in their market outlook in the given time frame.
Under the sea, for sake of strategy: Why foreign powers hold India’s digital pulse
India’s economic and political sovereignty hinges on subsea cables that carry almost all first-mile internet traffic, yet most are owned, laid, and repaired by foreign powers. This leaves India exposed to espionage, cyberattacks, and even deliberate sabotage in times of tension. The US, China, and a handful of corporations dominate this infrastructure, while India controls only a fraction of it. To secure its digital future, India must urgently invest in its own cable repair fleet, expand landing stations, and enshrine subsea infrastructure in national security law even if it means forging alliances with geopolitical rivals.
