OpenMRS is a community-developed, open source, enterprise electronic medical record system. Our mission is to improve health care delivery in resource-constrained environments by coordinating a global community to creates and support this software.

Java Randomness Test Suite is a gui application to run randomness tests on random stream resource (file or algorithm). Application can be run in command line. Includes general statistical tests, NIST and DIEHARD tests.

In intensive care units (ICU) patients vital signs are monitored. This is an attempt to build an interface which can show external and simulated medical data, to mimic these patient monitors. The motivation for this project are my experiments with building medical devices.

Next Gen Cloud Management System (NG-CloudMS) is a new web based end-to-end OCX management tool that is distributed by Opt/Net under GNU Public License (GPL). This prototype provides near real-time visibility of the networks and cloud infrastructures and interconnected computing and data storage resources. It therefore can assist the operators with visualisation and localization of the causes of potential incidents.

The Naomi project develops an OCL 1.5 interpretation and validation framework. Arbitrary model information is accessed via a model interface. The interface is extended to support OCL constraints on MOF compliant metamodels (e.g. UML metamodels).

These simple programs are for doing data reduction and then display of columns of tab delimited data. They are designed to be piped together so you can do multiple things at once. This means they typically read from stdin and output to stdout.
