PICSimLab is a realtime emulator of development boards with MPLABX/avr-gdb debugger integration. PICSimLab supports microcontrollers from picsim, simavr, uCsim, qemu-stm32, qemu-esp32, and gpsim. PICSimLab has integration with MPLABX/Arduino IDE for programming the microcontroller's boards. As the purpose of PICSimLab is to emulate real hardware it does not have any source code editing support. For code editing and debugging the same tools used for a real board should be used with PICSimLab, such as MPLABX, Arduino IDE, or VSCode with PlatformIO. PICSimLab supports several devices (spare parts) that can be connected to the boards for simulation. Such as example LEDs and push buttons for simple outputs and inputs and some more complex ones like the ethernet shield w5500 for internet connection or the color graphic display ili9340 with touchscreen. IHC Profiler
A plugin for the quantitative analysis of Immunohistochemistry samples
Identification and scoring of cancer markers by Immunohistochemistry has been shown to be of value in determining the aggressiveness of specific cancers, as well as in predicting patient outcome for many cancer types. Despite its routine clinical use, a problem with the standard scoring method is the inherent subjectivity and variability of purely visual inspection. Echoes is a radio spectral analysis software for SDR devices
Echoes it's a radio spectral analysis software for SDR devices, designed for meteor scattering purposes. The older releases supported only RTL-SDR devices. They are very cheap SDR based on DVB-T TV tuner dongles based on Realtek's RTL2832U chipset. Starting from 0.50 Echoes embeds SoapySDR allowing the support of many other SDRs. Echoes doesn't demodulate neither decode any human-made signal. Its main goal is to analyze and record the total power of natural signals and generate screenshots and tabular data (CSV,) output in presence of particular peaks in a selected narrow range of frequencies. Since there is no demodulation, there is no provision for audio listening, except for a notify sound when an event has been recorded. Finally, Echoes can also operate getting an audio input, thus producing audio spectra. This way, Echoes can also be used with traditional receivers. -
