Good prices but I didn't get a dispatch notification email. It may be because they are more used to supplying trade customers who are always open, but I just happen to be at home and a huge articulated lorry turned up with our new boiler on a pallet. I think they'd tried to deliver the day before too!

I was in the process of negotiating our business renewal with Trustpilot. Apparently - buried in the contract t&c's - it states that the agreement automatically renews if you haven't advised in writing that you wish to cancel. My account manager clearly knew this but kept quiet and simply waited until we'd missed the opportunity to cancel and then had to renew. Typical 'Gotcha' tactic...

For further clarification on our renewal policy, our contracts are typically for a 12-month term and renew automatically unless we receive a termination notice at least 30 days before the end of the subscription period. Was still waiting for a plumber to locate a leaking pipe 11 days after they were instructed by my insurers. Gave up in the end. Absolute waste of time.

Paid extra for next day delivery which didn't happen and therefore couldn't give as a Christmas gift. One of the items in my order - Vilebrequin swimshorts - didn't look authentic as the fit, materials and some of the other 'details' associated with Vllebrequin were missing (compared with a pair I bought direct from the brand recently). Then had to pay £3.95 to send them back!

Order a shower tray for Saturday delivery. Waited all day and it didn't arrive until the Tuesdsay. Customer service didn't understand my issue (paid extra for Saturday delivery, lost the opportunity to install over bank holiday weekend). Emails back and forth. Poor customer service. At one point they told me it had been delivered on the Saturday, making it seem like I was lying?!

ID3 was delivered at exactly the time the driver said. Car was well prepared, no damage, and had 100% charge! So far I'm really pleased with both the car and the service from Onto.

Received £3k more than We Buy Any Car, and £2k more than the original guide price suggested by Motorway. Dealer came and picked it up the next day with no haggling over price. I had some issues with the app uploading photos but Danny from the Motorway team helped and uploaded them for me! Thoroughly great service!
Although a fairly new company, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They got back to me within 30 minutes of my email enquiry, we agreed a price, and the watch was sent the next morning after I'd transferred the funds. It's how buying a watch should be. Highly recommended.
Thomas and the Team at Haart always go the extra mile to ensure our properties are let quickly and efficiently, with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.
Needed a new thermostatic shower valve for my Porcelanosa shower. Used the upload image service on the whatsapp number and had a reply even on a Sunday. All fitted and working perfectly again. Brilliant service.
A company that genuinely cares about it's customers. Had a minor issue with my order that was helpfully resolved by Socketstore.
