I made an enquiry via email regarding a delivery about which I'd had no definite details.
I received a phone call fairly soon after to confirm my enquiry was in hand, the following morning received an email to say item had been tracked down and I'd receive it that afternoon, which I did.
That's great customer service in my book..

From start to finish, as easy as it could be. As long as you can use a tape measure and possess basic diy skills I can't see this being any easier, oh, and the blinds were spot on
