Congratulations to our portfolio company Electrified Thermal Solutions, which just hit a major milestone: its first commercial-scale Joule Hive Thermal Battery is now operational in San Antonio. Our first commercial-scale Joule Hive™ Thermal Battery is now operational in San Antonio, demonstrating that industrial heat processes can access clean heat up to 1,800°C lower than the cost of natural gas, at scale. This 20 MWh system, a landmark for the industry at this temperature, proves the technology works across the temperature ranges that industry actually needs — from food and beverage manufacturing to the most demanding applications in cement, steel, chemicals, and glassmaking. Industrial heat represents one-fifth of global energy consumption, and about 90% of it still comes from burning fossil fuels. With this commercial demonstration complete, we're moving from proving the technology to deploying it with industrials in 2026. Our target: 2GW of thermal capacity by 2030. This is the last milestone before delivering our first customer-sited project at the end of this year.
